Where are all the property owners who you can be dead certain want to sell?

Maybe they don’t need to sell but definitely want to sell. Well, they’re listed in the MLS. Hundreds of them. And you can use this to your benefit.

Todd Dotson here, and yes, I can hear your groans, because after seeing ‘MLS,’ your next thought is:

“Does this mean I have to work with Realtors?”

Well, yes it does, but it’s not that bad. In fact, I have a few tactical strategies in this video lesson of how you can have Realtors eating right out of your hands.

Harvesting the MLS

So, I’m taking you on the route of harvesting the MLS as you look for the lower-income, marginalized, ugly houses that you can quickly turn for a profit. And all with the blessing and cooperation of Realtors.

I even give you a mini-script of what to say to Realtors to win them over to your way of doing business.  

If your marketing budget is smaller than the proverbial shoestring, this is for you because little or no marketing is involved. Or, if you just want to know more about finding tons of deals from the MLS, that’s right here too...
