If you’ve been in real estate investing any time at all, you’ve probably heard some talk about finding deals on Craigslist. But what a ginormous site it is, and what a great place in which to get lost. Or overwhelmed. Or both. Right?
If you’ve made any attempt at all to use this source to find deals, you’re probably nodding your head at those statements. You know the deals are there, but it’s so time consuming.
Motivated Sellers Hide Out on Craigslist
Without a doubt, Craigslist is a great place to find motivated sellers. Any motivated seller out there is going to put an ad in Craigslist. But what a pain it is to try to dig down and find them. It’s like they’re all hiding in there.

Well, now you can kiss those long frustrating hours of searching on Craigslist goodbye forever!
