Dissecting a High-Income Wholesaling Operation (That Doesn't Own You)

Many beginning investors often look at wholesaling as a beginning step, while they’re aiming for bigger and better things. My guest on this training call didn’t feel that way – at all.

Alex Pardo has spent his entire career (since 2005) focusing entirely on wholesaling. And in this interview, we dig down deep to find out not only why but how he’s accomplished that feat.

Alex is a family guy, entrepreneur, real estate investor, coach, adventurer, sports enthusiast, and he loves helping people. He’s the founder of FlipEmpire.com and its parent company, Creative RE-Solutions, LLC, and has flipped well over 500 properties.

After graduating from college in 2002, he started on the ground floor with General Electric's Financial Management Program, with high aspirations of climbing the corporate ladder. It only took a few months for him to realize he hated it all—long hours, working for “The Man,” the lack of feeling of purpose or self-fulfillment.

But he got out of that – and shares how he came to a decision-making point that would change his future forever. After attending a real-estate-investing boot camp, he turned his first deal and netted $44k.

While that was a life-changer, Alex also floundered and failed many times, but was always quick to learn, always quick to get up and get going again.
