You want financial freedom, do ya?
Interesting. (Yawn).
So do the masses.
How bad do you want it?
Your real and true answer to this question will tell me, Preston Ely, your likelihood of ever having it. I wouldn’t know how honest your answer is of course unless I saw your facial expression when you responded.
Words lie. Faces don’t.
If you asked me that question, my answer would send shivers down your spine.
You would feel my sincerity in the bitter roots of your soul. There would be no doubt in your mind that there is something different about me and the Average Joe.
That’s how bad I want it.
“When you know what you want, and you want it bad enough, you’ll find a way to get it.”
~Jim Rohn
What is it that you really want?
No matter how your average person might respond to this question… 9 out of 10 people in reality want nothing more than to be comfortable.
That simply is not going to cut it.
This world is not a bed or a couch. It is a battlefield.
This is not Romper Room. This is war.
Get it out of your warped, fantasy-addicted mind that the point of all this is to have fun. It’s not. Look around you…
Ever been to Burma?
Go see Rambo. This world is HELL, people are dying spiritually and physically on a daily basis, and just what the heck are you doing about it?
Do you even go out of your way to make anyone else smile, let alone save their lives or souls?
Wake up, my friend. You can’t dodge reality forever. Life makes it quite obvious that we can’t run from what is real.
Stop floating through life. Start rowing. Better yet, buy a 300-horsepower motor and attach it to whatever you’re floating on.
And turn the throttle all the way up until you start fearing for your life.
“Every time I get something under control in my own life, the world provides me more material.”
~Cathy Guisewite
Start something, now.
Stop responding. Start instigating.
Stop flagellating. Start… not doing that.
Success comes to those who want it more than everyone else.
How bad do you want it?
What’s your favorite TV show?
I don’t have one. How do you expect to compete with me when you have a list of 20 shows?
Know without a shadow of a doubt that you have exactly what you want to have in your life right now. You may not think that’s true, but I assure you it is.
If you truly wanted something different… you’d do it. You’re not helpless (you do know that, right?).
God created us all equal. You have the same potential as me and everyone else who has ever lived. You simply must choose to embrace the truth about yourself and about life, and stop running from it.
What are you running from?
What are you so scared of?
Why are you hiding?
You ARE good enough, you know that right?
You ARE special. You DO have something that we need.
God gave the world a gift when He gave you to us. There is something you have that we need.
What is it? When are you going to get off your lazy rear end and give it to us?
It is time to get in touch with your true self.
It’s time to discover just what in the heck it is you truly WANT. It is one of the important keys to unlocking the doors to your happiness. And there is no success without it.
