3 Things I Wish I'd Known When I First Started Investing

mistakeHey all you Moguls out there, it’s JP Moses here, and I have a question for you...

They say that experience is the best teacher. My question is, would you rather it be your experience or someone else’s?

Obviously, as you push out into unknown territory in your real estate investing business, you’ll be learning a lot from the ups and downs you go through each day. But what if you could look over my shoulder and learn from a few of my mistakes that I’ve made along the way?

It could potentially save you hours of time – and lots of bucks.

I’ve been in this business for over 15 years now, and I’ve been active in hundreds of deals. But when I started out, there was probably no one greener than I was. Makes me shudder to remember.

But today, that school of hard knocks that I suffered through can benefit you. So I spilled my guts in this video lesson to warn you of possible impending dangers lurking ahead. I’m not at all saying you shouldn’t do real estate investing, I’m cautioning you about a few things in REI.

All I can say is that I SO wish this kind of information had been available to me all those years ago.

So here you go... take heed, take caution. Listen and learn.

As you can see from my examples in this video lesson, there’s a difference between being uninitiated and being totally naïve.

Just because you don’t know something, it doesn’t mean you leave logic and common sense out of the equation.
