Here at Real Estate Mogul, we are always on the lookout for the best, cutting-edge technology, the latest trends in software, and the most helpful software for improving your real estate investment business.
We tend to get really excited about helpful smartphone apps (due to their generally intuitive usability and profitable economies of scale)…
…and I recently stumbled upon an intriguing smartphone app that appears to be worth exploring further.
It’s the Real Estate Investor app, created by Multieducator for iOS devices. I wouldn’t say we’re necessary over the moon about it, but we definitely feel it’s worth a look.
And even if you decide that this software isn’t for you, today’s lesson might hold the all-time record for “Most Bullet Points in a Single Page” – so you’ll probably smile (at least a little bit) as you scroll through the following ocean of dots!
Here’s what we know so far about the Real Estate Investor app…
It’s Like a “Math Nerd” in Your Pocket
You may benefit from this app’s robust calculation software, which includes an impressive repertoire of REI-related formulas. Whether you are trying to calculate a property’s market value, total net operating value or even vacancy loss, the Real Estate Investor app has apparently got you covered.

With almost 60 formulas to choose from (and more on the way), Real Estate Investor is like that smart kid who sat behind you in Calculus 101 – but slightly less nerdy, due to the absence of body odor.
Additional Cool Points: And if you discover that the app is missing a certain formula which would be helpful for your business (unlikely), the creators explicitly invite you to shoot them an email so they can add your requested formula ASAP.
(Now that’s service!)
Is the Real Estate Investor App Right for You?
But I can’t put myself in your shoes… You might benefit immensely from this nifty little “nerd in your pocket” as you crunch numbers across the land…
…or you may decide that you prefer plain ol’ pen and paper (and lots of flashcards).
As for me, I’m still kinda undecided on this one. On one hand, I tend to think this app is better suited for “buy-and-hold” investors, with isn’t my personal focus at this time… But on the other hand, since it only costs $5 to download, part of me thinks it is worth checking out.
But I’m curious to hear from you – because this one doesn’t have many app reviews out there on the Internet.
So if anybody takes the Real Estate Investor app for a test drive (or if anybody knows anything else about it), please give us some feedback in the sections below.
And happy calculating, folks!
