Hi, Moguls. Today we’re really excited about a nifty tech tip that’s going to make it ridiculously simple to geo-map leads. This popular “intuitive and user-friendly” tool is called BatchGeo and is useful to investors in a ton of different ways.
Here’s the Goods
BatchGeo is an online tool (that’s free) that rapidly geo-codes addresses and visually groups property information using Google maps. The best part — you can produce a visually compelling, customized map in less than 60 seconds that displays property features such as price and square footage.
Here’s How You Can Use BatchGeo to Your Advantage
BatchGeo creates maps to visually identify “hot zones” for property leads. Just download a cash buyers list from the MLS or FreedomSoft , then simply upload that list to the box provided on the BatchGeo site and splat! Now you have a visual for property hot zones and its parameters.
You can use BatchGeo to create a map for your cash buyers. When you contact cash buyers or they visit your site to see your inventory, you can include a map that they can mouse over and view property information. All you have to do is embed the link within your website or email.
There’s more…
Landlords and property managers can map their vacant rentals by embeding a link to map their vacant properties on their website and emails. Information such as square footage and rental price can be displayed when the potential renter hovers over each property.
Map comps when you do your due diligence. Where does this research and analysis typically begin? In most cases, it starts with the comps. With BatchGeo, you can now map your comps to visually see trending property values, rental prices, vacancies, etc.
Sweet, huh? And the possibilities are really endless. But if you want to know more about BatchGeo, check out this helpful video.
Is BatchGeo Difficult to use?
