Real estate investors spend a lot of time on the phone. Think of all the people you might talk to during a typical day:
- People on your buyer’s list
- Potential sellers
- Private investors
- Contractors
- Tenants
- Potential renters
- Title agencies
- Inspection offices
- Family
- Friends
The list goes on and on...
Do you start your day with a whole list of people to call? Then as the day goes on, is it difficult to get all the way through the list?
One of the reasons it’s hard to call everyone, is that one (or more) of those calls is a ‘talker.’ You might have to listen to a property seller tell you their whole life story. Or a potential investor wants to go on and on about every detail in a deal to minimize their risk.
Wouldn’t it be great to have short conversations with each person on your list?
