Are you spinning your wheels (literally) driving for dollars to find leads?
Well, I think driving for dollars can be a huge waste of time, people!
Why?
Because you spend so much time and energy driving around and for what?
Even if you do find some distressed or vacant homes, there’s still so much work to be done…
Yes, you found potential property deals, but the hard part begins because you have to find the owner – and that takes even more time. Then if you do find the owner, you have to send mail or call them, and yes, all that takes up more of your valuable time.
Hey Moguls Jason Lucchesi here with an interesting new take on driving for dollars...
Look, with so much technology that we have at our fingertips, we need to be looking at the new revolutionized way to run your business and get deals.
The future is now, friends.
Think about this…
Imagine if you had bird dogs around town looking for houses with tall grass, an unkempt yard, mail spilling out of the mailbox – telltale signs of a vacant house or distressed property – and they snap pictures of potential properties that you’d want to wholesale…
You’re probably thinking, ‘Well, Jason, that’s not so revolutionary.’
And you’d be right.
But get this…
There’s a cool app called Deal Machine.
And the way the software works is this: You (or your bird dog) snap a pic of the vacant/distressed house—and here’s the magic—a direct mail piece with the image of the house is automatically sent using info the app pulls from public record, including the owner’s name.
The app does the work for you and puts you in touch with any property owner.
Awesome, right?
I mean—this is going way above and beyond what yellow letters and other postcards are doing.
There’s a TON of direct mail out there, right? But not so great returns on all those marketing campaigns, though…
But check this out…
With this app’s direct mail postcard, I know investors who are getting a 10% return of leads calling in. That’s huge!
Part of the reason I think investors are seeing just great returns with this method is because the mail piece the app sends out is so much more personal with an actual recent picture of the house… and the recipient will know you’re a real person not a robot blasting mail across town.
And it’s super easy to use… if you (or your bird dog) are out driving around and you see a vacant, run-down house… you simply click a button on the app and it will tell you:
-
who owns the house
-
where they live
-
how much they bought the house for
-
how much they owe on the mortgage
-
their phone number
That is super valuable information, right at your fingertips. Saving you time and money.
Driving for dollars like this frees up your time and allows you to focus on the profit-making aspects of your business. Sounds good to me!

Have you used this app or do you have another cool way to drive for dollars? Share below.
Consider hiring a bird dog to drive for dollars while you spend time making offers and closing deals.
Use the app, even if you do have a bird dog, so if you’re out and about, you can easily grab the info on a potential deal.
Always follow-up with distressed sellers – they may not be ready the first time you reach them, but later on perhaps they’ll be more motivated to let you solve their problem.
