Look, if you don't have SOPs created, I challenge you to document everything you do in your business… but don't get overwhelmed. It's not going to happen overnight. (That whole "Rome wasn’t built in a day" saying applies here.)
Slowly, slowly works fine here… maybe start out creating just one SOP a day or even just one a week. You’ll get there and it’ll be worth it!

Alex Pardo
has been investing in real estate for 9 years. Before he started working on his real estate investing business, he worked for GE Consumer Finance in their Financial Management Program.
