Hello out there in real estate mogul land! I've got a sneaky little trick to share with you today that you're going to love, if you need access to private lenders!
I know I love to use the phrase "sneaky little trick", but this is a sneaky little trick...and anyone who needs more private money is going to smack yourself in the forehead after you hear this, and said, "Why the heck didn't I think of that. It's so ridiculously easy."
But I'm going to tell you right now, this exact little trick is directly responsible for more than one private lender I've used over the years. Use it!

Go to a real estate closing.

While you're there, simply say to your closing attorney, "Hey, I'm about to crank up my deals here in the near future. I could use access to some more private funding for my deals. Do you have any leads on anybody else that comes across your desk, who's actively loaning money to investors, who might like to benefit from the types of deals that I do?"
