It’s called Gliffy. It really works – and it’s free.
What is Gliffy?
Gliffy is a free suite of web-based software that allows you to create high-quality flowcharts, floor plans and diagrams. The software’s user-friendly drag-and-drop functionality allows you to transform all of your complex information systems (even the ones still inside your head) into attractive illustrations that anyone can understand.
Gliffy has a few different pricing options, including free access to the website’s basic tools.
Other pricing options (for the über-organized demographic) include a standard membership of $4.99 per month and a “pro” membership rate of $8.29 per month. The website also provides a 30-day free trial for its “pro” functionality, so you can test those pricier waters risk-free, if you want.
Additionally, Gliffy provides its users with a variety of helpful templates, for anybody (like me) who may appreciate a few suggestions for illustrating their complex visions. And the Gliffy API allows you to extend the software’s usage online, such as inserting your diagrams and floor plans into other websites.

Personally, I was eager to learn more about Gliffy’s helpful functionality, when I first heard about this stuff a few months ago. Now, after several weeks of familiarizing myself with the website’s Gliff-a-licious toolkit, I am happy to share a few of my most relevant findings in today’s video.
