The app uses your device’s GPS and other sensors to identify which house you are targeting, and then it retrieves the appropriate MLS info to provide you with a variety of data about the property of your choice. If Homesnap can't immediately identify which home you are targeting, the app will display a map of nearby properties, seamlessly prompting you to choose which home you wish to research.
