Well, we flipped one for a $3,000 assignment fee and one for $9,500.
Nothing huge, but this is the life of a wholesaler. Drip, drip, TSUNAMI, drip, drip, drip, TIDAL WAVE, etc.
We got one of the deals from putting out bandit signs. It only had 3 pieces of info on it in blue writing on a white background:

We easily had them made on a website. Just search a few sites for good prices.
Oh, and science has proven that the eye can read blue lettering on a white background from the longest distance. And as everyone knows, we are very scientific with our wholesaling business. (uncontrollable laughter)
How we sold these deals.
So, like I said one of the deals came from our bandit signs. The other one we got using Cris Chico’s Absentee Owner system. (If you don’t have that yet, then good luck keeping up with all the rest of us.)
