How to Program the Computer in Your Head So You Stop Feeling Like Poo Every Day

I think I can, I think I can...

By Preston Ely (Somewhat Rated PG)

"The conscious mind may be compared to a fountain playing in the sun and falling back into the great subterranean pool of subconscious from which it rises."  - Sigmund Freud

"Nobody was really surprised when it happened, not really, not on the subconscious level where savage things grow."  - Stephen King

My last lesson on Programming Yourself for Freedom was about our need to proactively feed our subconscious mind with the most truthful information possible, so as to live our lives as close to reality as we can, thereby becoming healthy, happy, and well-adjusted humans who attract good stuff into our lives, while protecting ourselves from going crazy, believing we are Batman on a mission from God, and holding large groups of innocent people hostage while everyone outside is screaming and crying and going “whyyyy would anyone DO this?  What must this maniac be THINKING???”

batman and robin What must he be thinking indeed.

After all... there is no freedom in delusion. Only bondage. And padded rooms. And strange costumes that scare me.

So I ended that lesson promising you that I would follow it up with specific information on exactly how to go about doing the actual programming.

So deeper into the rabbit hole we go. The following are 3 easy steps to programming your subconscious for freedom...

1. Practice Positive Affirmations

Sounds new agey, I know. But not a day goes by that I don't spend at least 30 minutes telling myself out loud the truth about who I am.  And the truth IS...

  • I am a child of God…
  • Divinity literally courses through my veins…
  • I can feel the light of God shining down on, and through, me on a daily basis…
  • My life is eternal…
  • I was born on this earth to fight, to overcome, and to WIN…
  • There is not one single cell in my body that came to lose…
  • In God, I am unstoppable.  I am unbeatable…
  • I can do all things, be all (most) things, and have all things…
  • Nothing can stop me. Nothing can get or keep me down…

That’s just a start, amigo. And yes, the very same is true for you. And it's just the tip of the iceberg. The tippy tip top.

{Mogul Elite Members: You clearly realize how valuable this stuff is, so you can actually have my complete personal affirmations to use. Just look over in the side of the website here somewhere. I'll have one of my minions put it there for you. Yes, these are the same affirmations I have been saying out loud every day of my life for the past 10 years. They are, I’d say, 60% responsible for my success. Say them out loud every day, and watch your life transform right before your very eyes.}

Another really good thing to do is repeat the phrase “I can do it” 50 times every morning.  I'm serious.

I did that for about a year straight once. It should be noted that this was during a phase when I definitely did NOT feel like I could do it. I had yet to flip my first house. But I stated the truth boldly to myself over and over again, no matter how true it did or didn’t feel at the time. nd eventually it warped me...in the best possible way.

It may take a while for this to have any sort of effect on how you feel. After all, you've been programmed your entire life with the exact opposite instructions. Unlike a computer, your subconscious mind actually has to be trained.

And you CAN do it by the way.  I'm telling you ... you can.

2. Read Books and Courses Written By Free People

The Bible is a good place to start. Written by the Freeest Person of all. I read that every day.

I also read books written by really wealthy people, really happy people, and really healthy people. Their thinking becomes my thinking by the end of the book. And then eventually, and necessarily, their reality becomes my reality.

Fill your conscious mind with the stuff of greatness, and slowly but surely, it oozes into your subconscious, and eventually fills the cracks and crevices of your core beliefs and actual identity.

It really is just that simple.

3. Protect Your Mind by Rejecting Lies and Negativity

You've started your day with 30 minutes of positive confessions. You feel good, you look great*, you're working hard, and all of a sudden.. WHAM!!! A Wham song comes blaring out of your buddy's iTunes in the cubicle next to you!

That's enough to send ANYone careening down Negative Street!

Actually I like Wham, so let's switch that...

You feel good, you look ... decent (let's be realistic) ... you're working hard, and WHAM!!! ... your boss barges into your office, punches you in the stomach, and then runs away screaming and laughing like a raving lunatic.

This is when you have the opportunity to either maintain your positive state and reject the temptation to allow thoughts of “I hate my life” and “why me?” (why NOT?) and “DANG it I shoulda listened to Preston, hired him as my mentor, and quit this stupid, dead end job.”

You do know what "job" stands for, don't you?

ass holeJ – ackasses
O – bey
B – osses

Ok that sounded mean.  But I'm writing in a little bit of a hurry, and it's all that came to mind.

This is all original stuff you get from me, I hope ya know. The "Just Over Broke" thing is played out. I had to come up with something on the fly.

I'm sorry ... not ALL people who obey their bosses are jackasses. All I'm saying is if you were to spring a "Let's See If You're Actually A Jackass" pop-quiz on a majority of American employees... you're gonna see a lot of Aces. I should know... I used to BE one.

I'm speaking more to men here than anything by the way. Women... you shouldn't have to work at ALL in my humble opinion. Not saying you can’t…just that you shouldn’t have to. Women work mostly because most men suck at being men. I'm sorry FOR them, ladies.

If you HAVE a boss, you should obey him.  But do you mind if I ask a stupid question?

Why would you WANT that?

Do you like suffering and pain and miserable daily experiences or something? Confinement and cages (cubicles) are for monkeys, ok? Go to the zoo. Look at the monkeys. Yeah, they SEEM happy, but are they really?  One told me once that the only reason they act that way is so their bosses don't beat them physically at the end of every day for not being entertaining.

There's better animals to emulate, dude. Untamable ones. Like DINOSAURS.

dinosaurs

That's not really what I had in mind...

dinosaur jr

No, not the band, Dinosaur Jr...

T REX

That's better.

[Private thought: Where the heck am I going with all this?]

Ok, so, in retrospect, most of paragraph 3 so far has NOT taught you anything specifically...uummm ... useful. Not like in a way that would have any long (or short) term benefit that is.

So let's change all that because I'm beginning to receive some negative thoughts about my writing skills right about now.

Actually this is a perfect opportunity to practice what I preach, and give you an "insiders" look at how all this really goes down...

Me: (writing) tap-tap-tap, tap-tap-tappy, tap-tap-tap, tap-tap-tappy

Negative thought: I suck at writing (Negativity always speaks to you in the first person so you think it's actually you).

Me:  I do suck at writing.

Me:  Wait a minute.  No I don't.  That's a lie.  I refuse to believe that. I've written TONS of stuff before that people have told me they printed out and physically slept with at night. So what, if I get sidetracked and go down 3 paragraph rabbit trails that most people simply cannot believe a rational person would allow to be published. I think they actually dig that.  It's real. Screw you, Negativity. I choose to stay positive.

You see how that works?

You have a negative thought that most people would think originated from themselves.  Ah... but it did not originate from the True You because True You is a child of God, and there is no such thing as doubt, worry, fear, hate, and anger where you are from and here you are headed.

So you recognize this for what it is: an attack on your peace.  An effort to unsettle you. To take your joy. To mess with your well-being.

So you choose to not dwell on it.  Rather, you reject it, and very pigheadedly, proactively, and purposefully choose to carry on, remaining focused on the task at hand.

By the way, there should always be a “task at hand”. Much easier to block out negative stuff when you are preoccupied with tasks-at-hand.

So that's it.

A mini-crash course in mind control.

If you learned at least one thing in all of it I'd be amazed. There are forces at work in this world at war with you. There are also forces at work on the opposite side. You're currently picking one of those sides whether you know it or not. It may not seem like it to you.  But let's be honest ... how smart are you really?

I know I'm not. There's probably some stuff going on you don't realize.

Stay tuned for more.  We're just getting started.

* It's reeeeally important that your subconscious mind thinks you're sexy.  You may have to do some trickery here. Have your wife lie to you or whatever. Get creative. Your subconscious believes freakin everything it hears.  It's actually pretty stupid now that I think about it.

Do It To It! Immediate Action Steps

Start practicing your own positive affirmations daily. This is so much more important than you probably believe it is right now. Do this out loud, every single day. Either create your own affirmations, or download mine (Mogul Elite only) and use them as a starting point for creating your own. Or just use mine. They're awesome.

Read books and courses written by free people. Fill your conscious mind with the stuff of greatness, and slowly but surely, it oozes into your subconscious, and eventually fills the cracks and crevices of your core beliefs and actual identity.

Start feircely protecting your mind. Do this by consciously rejecting the lies ad negativity that constantly invade it. "Screw you, negativity! I choose to stay positive!"
