Why are you trying to do this real estate thing on your own?
There can only be a few possible reasons…

You probably have a miniature human with an apple in his mouth stuck in a small trunk in your bedroom, DON’T you? You know you do! Say it!
Listen, I’m not here to bash you...
I’m here to encourage you.
If you can’t tell that by now then just stop telling because it’s obviously not your strong suit.
You Need a Coach
Everyone does.
I had a real estate mentor. I made over $500,000 the year I got him.
My buddy Stick Boy paid $20,000 for his mentor. Then good ole’ Sticky made $70,000 in Tampa. True story.
My man Kenny Rushing had a mentor when he was BROKE. He’s a multimillionaire now.
OJ Simpson had a coach. But never mind that.
It’s worth saying again – you need a coach.
You were not meant to learn things on your own. That’s not how the world was created, and that’s not how things were intended.
You need to start trying to see the world for what it was intended to be. Go with the flow to a certain degree. It’ll be easier on you, and you’ll age better.
Think back to the days before dads stopped being dads. You know… “The Good Ole Days.”
Remember how a majority of young men would “follow in their father’s footsteps?”
Why did they do this?
Because they had a free mentor. It was the path of least resistance.
But even then, some young bucks decided they wanted to do something different. No big deal.
So what did they do?
They became an apprentice. They learned from a master.
Home study courses will educate you. Going to REIA groups will help immerse you in the industry. Seminars will motivate you…
A mentor will then grab you by the hand and turn all that into real money!
This is how it happened for me. That is how it happens for most EVERYone who ends up successful in whatever they do.
You should now see very, very clearly what it is you need to do.
You need a coach. Get one.
Make it happen.

Find a mentor or coach today – right now.
Get as much information and coaching as you can from that mentor – open your ears and brain and ask lots questions.
Put into action the advice you get from your coach.
