First of all, read Secrets of the Millionaire Mind by T. Harv Eker as many times as it takes for the truth of it all to finally hit you. You being broke is not due to whatever you think it is due to. It is merely the symptom of your false beliefs about money and rich people. I knew this before reading the book, but he really hammers it home like no one else I’ve ever heard.

But let’s also actually make some money RIGHT NOW while we are rewiring our minds for success. Do the following and you will get leads…

Network

I can’t tell you how many students of mine have made money with me, and when I ask where their leads are coming from, they reply “just getting out there and talking to people.” And they’re telling the God’s honest truth.

This is how I started as well. I merely got business cards printed up (like the one I have clearly sketched out in my original e-book on wholesaling that I literally sold a bagillion copies of, yep, literally a bagillion)… made a goal of how many I would pass out per day, and stuck to it.

I actually bought and sold a house for a $50,000 profit my first week of doing this. The story of exactly how I did this is found smack dab in the middle of my wholesaling e-book.

If you don’t like talking to strangers, you are going to need to overcome this. Simply force yourself to do it (keeping your goal of financial freedom clearly in mind for motivational support), and then your feelings will quickly change.

It’s rarely the other way around. Our feelings betray us quite regularly. A big piece to your success in life will be your ability to act contrary to your fickle flakey feelings. (Say that 10 times fast). Your feelings want to kill you.
