For many investors, wholesaling is the primary business model from which they make money. For others, it’s simply one of the tools in their deep tool chest.

The key to successful wholesaling is to sell quickly. Quick in, quick out.

But how?

Do It To It! Immediate Action Steps

Send an Email Blast – Quickly type up the specs of the property and blast it out to your wholesale Buyer’s List.

Send a Voice Blast – Use a website like callfire.com to blast a brief voicemail to your wholesale Buyer’s List. You should list details of the property and ask them to call you if they’re interested.

Blast Text Messages – Send short and sweet texts with specs of the property and deal.

Create a Postlets Ad – Use postlets.com to create an ad, and the site will then syndicate it out to a bunch of other sites.

Post on Craigslist – Post an ad with some information about the property, but you actually want to intentionally make the ad unprofessional looking.

Advertise with Self-Directed IRA Custodians – Place an ad with info about your deal on custodian companies’ message boards, websites and newsletters. You’ll easily reach tons of potential buyers who likely have cash available. Try Entrust and Pensco to start.

List in MLS – If you don’t have any movement after doing the other steps (which is rather unlikely), list the property in the MLS. Look, it is a last resort, but this tactic almost always generates activity.
