Hey Moguls, Preston Ely here…
I’ve said it once and now I’ll say it twice…
Flipping houses (contracts) is so easy that it may as well be standard curriculum for 1st graders. They should teach it right before finger painting. As a matter of fact, I’m going to test finger painting my mailers to sellers just to prove my point.
Why is it that some of you won’t even buy a course if it so much as smells like it isn’t more complex than quantum physics?
You’re sadistically attracted to “systems” that Albert Einstein, Ron LeGrand and Albert Schweitzer teamed up in a VIP mastermind would struggle to comprehend and implement.
Why do you insist on making this whole thing harder than it is?
An in-your-face example.
Choose one:
______ You’re just a complicated individual in the first place. Complexity makes you happy. Broke but happy. Sorta. You and I do not hang out – ever - unless I have to for some reason. And I don’t have to do ANYdarnthing. So we never hang out.
______ You’re wired for mediocrity. Making things difficult ensures you’ll never succeed, which is what you subconsciously want in the first place. Since it is subconscious, you don’t even know enough to be able to consciously check this one. So don’t do it. Even though you should.
______ You are scared to succeed. In your mind, that is simply too much responsibility. Again, this is quasi-subconscious so I don’t really know how you can check this one without simply Christmas Treeing this little quiz.
______ You hate money. Just admit it. We all have at this current moment EXACTLY what we want. If you really wanted it, you’d have it.
______ You’d rather be smart and “right” than RICH. We most certainly do not hang out, ever. Even if I have to. I don’t like you.
This guy was so dumb… how dumb was he?!
“You can either be smart, or rich.”
~ T. Harv Eker
Some of the dumbest people I know are filthy rich. Myself included.
So how dumb are we really then?
I don’t have a “formula” for making offers to give you. I don’t use one. Never have. Do you want a formula? Or do you want bucket-loads of money?
Your success lies in becoming a big person. Not in fancy formulas.
Here is all I do to get rich and stay rich flipping houses.
Take it or leave it:
-
I take massive action on everything I do. Massive amounts of marketing. Massive amounts of offers. Massive amounts of deals. Massive amounts of deposits in my friggin’ bank account.
-
I don’t cry over lost deals. I could care less. There’s 50 more where that one came from.
-
I offer approximately 50% of ARV on almost everything. If that number ends up being high, I simply renegotiate with the seller.
-
I make so many flippin’ offers it would make your head spin like Beetlejuice.
-
I do everything I possibly can to get someone else to do all my work for me. Including sellers, buyers, title agencies, Realtors, VAs, assistants, etc.
-
I spend 75% of my life simply doing things to improve my overall mental, emotional, physical and spiritual state. Money flows in naturally as a result.
This Mogul community is for people who want to actually enjoy their lives, not stress themselves out to death because they have absolutely nothing else to do.
Get this through you head – you are not your career! There is more to life than work! Your goal should be to get as much money as possible as easily as possible so that you are free to pursue your life’s purposes.
Make 100 offers. Contract on a few deals. Make $20,000-$50,000. If you can’t do that at least once a month…then give up.
NO! Just keep trying.
If you still can’t do it…then throw in the towel.
NO! Keep trying some more.
And be thankful. Reflect on everything you do have and that you’re thankful for. I’m thankful for my family and friends. For the freedom and wealth we have here in America. For clouds that look like animal crackers that I love. For travel-sized toiletries. And for birds.
If you don’t have what you want in your life right now, simply begin planting new seeds. You will reap what you sow, always. A new and better season is right around the corner for those who plant wisely.
Be free.
Make it happen.
