Deal-Getting

My Highly Responsive Handwritten Letter Template

You know that excited feeling you get when you receive a card in the mail?

I’m talking an actual card from an actual person... not a piece of junk mail.

It’s pretty rare these days to see such things, but – you have to admit – it’s nice to get something that was uniquely written to you.

You can use this feeling to your advantage when it comes to marketing your real estate investing business with handwritten direct mail letters.

Hey Moguls, Steve Howell here to tell you that a handwritten letter template is a superb way to get results. And in this video lesson, I’m sharing the highly successful written template that I use for direct mail marketing. In my own business.

It’s a VERY effective mail piece that can be sent to every lead that you generate.

In this video lesson, I’ll also tell you the best way to print this letter, what type of font to use and how to package the letter.

Why is this so crucial?

Because paying attention to every detail will entice the recipient to open your letter.

Now, maybe you’re doing a lot of in-person networking, using Google AdWords, putting out bandit signs, creating YouTube videos… or using other marketing methods – and that’s awesome. But these often need a follow-up technique – hence, the letter!

It’s important to create the impression that this is a one-of-a-kind letter that’s not being mass produced. When people feel special, they’re more likely to respond.

So, how exactly do you accomplish this?

Just check out my video lessons:

I’ve had a ton of success with this letter template, and I believe it will help you multiply your business too!

Do It To It! Immediate Action Steps

Capture Your Reader’s Attention – Start your letter with a brief introduction of yourself and your business; explain that you are looking to purchase the property. This will give your letter a personal touch, right from the start.

Watch Your Tone – Use a friendly, non-aggressive voice in your letter. Nobody wants to deal with a pushy person. Also use language that promotes you as a “real person” – not someone who is out to take advantage of people for financial gain.

Offer Solutions – Address some of the objections that your letter’s recipient may have. For instance, if you can pay cash for a property and close quickly – explain that. It will help alleviate the potential seller’s concerns.
