By now you've heard all about the big, bad “hedge funds” are coming into your town and stealing all the best deals. Right?

And you’re probably wondering just how to take advantage of this whole opportunity and get these “Cash Rich Investors” to buy from you. Right?

Well, you could be looking at everything completely wrong. Here’s what I mean…

You’re not the only one worried about hedge funds.

With all the national media lately about the billions of dollars in “cash” being pumped into local markets, every investor and their mom are talking or at least thinking about it…

…and when people are thinking about it, well…that makes it a perfect time for YOU to take advantage of it…

Step 1. Go down to your local print shop and buy a couple dozen of the standard yellow corrugated plastic signs…you know, the typical “bandit signs” you see out on the street every day…

Step 2. While you’re there, buy the biggest fat permanent market you can get.

You’re going to write a very specific message on these signs and you’re going to place them in a very specific place.

See, the key here is that you want to “tap into” what all real estate investors are already thinking and you want to separate yourself from the rest of the herd trying to do the same thing…i.e. build a buyers list.

You probably ignore most of those “yellow signs” with the same messages right?

Yeah, and so do most people.

Here’s what you can do different to “set the hedge fund bait”…

Step 3. Your NEW MESSAGE is:

For the cash price, make sure you put something really cheap for your local market.

Step 4. Get up early on Saturday morning and go put a couple dozen of these signs all around the entrances and exits of all of the local hardware stores, Home Depots, Lowes, Ace and more…

Then, sit back and let your phone ring…The words “Hedge Fund Houses?” are going to draw eyes, establish massive curiosity and are going to get you calls.

Who’s calling?

CASH BUYERS.

BOOM.

Now go flip a house.
