Evaluate a little differently. Be more careful evaulating your short sale numbers. To help justify your numbers, comps "all over the board" can work in your favor.
-
Gently influence the BPOs. While it's short sales 101, it's more important now than ever before.
-
Play dumb a little. You'll get a lot further with gentle leading questions coming from an apparent place of simple ignorance, versus trying to cram repairs and comps down your BPO agent's throat.
-
Get closable. Stop trying to only do simultaneous close deals, and set yourself up with some 30-60-90 day funding so you can actually close.
