Why do some people succeed while others fail?
It’s an age-old puzzler, but as Tony Robbins aptly put it, “Success leaves clues”. And today we’re going to take a good, solid look at some of those clues together.
Three of them actually…
Meet Dan
Dan Nichols has been a serial entrepreneur since an early age, a successful real estate investor for twenty some odd years, and one of our trusted Mogul advisors for a while now.
One unique and pretty keen thing about Dan is how the guy just seems to have a special gift for helping people to “get unstuck”. That is, whenever the desire, effort, knowledge and heart all seem to be there, but “success” and “reality” still seem entirely disconnected for some reason, Dan steps in – and when he does, breakthroughs and progress tend to come in with him.
A Dialogue on Getting Unstuck
We recently cornered Dan and asked him to walk us gingerly through some of his “getting unstuck” concepts. He graciously agreed so we met via Google Hangout, and the result was not only illuminating, but will likely fill 5-7 solid “inner game” lessons for us in the near future.
To start with today, Dan will unpack what he calls the “three essential imperatives of success” – 1) passion, 2) persistence and 3) vision.
Dan submits that there actually is a recipe for success. And that like any recipe, it not only has specific, essential ingredients, but these ingredients must be combined in a specific order.
Miss any one ingredient, or flubbing the order will give you an entirely different result than you’re hoping for.

Feeling stuck: If you’re not achieving what you really want in your real estate investing endeavors, take some time to honestly analyze your Passion, Persistence, & Vision. Any one of them disconnected from what you’re doing? Or maybe even missing entirely?
-
Be honest: Are your passion, persistence and vision a match for the course you've plotted for yourself? If not, why not? Do you need to correct course, to make them all connect again?
-
Make adjustments: As you refine your passion, persistence and vision, be willing to put fewer oars in the water, and be very clear and specific about exactly what you want and how you're going to get it.

has been an entrepreneur since an early age. He always had the desire to handle things himself. For him, this makes the wins sweeter and losses about improving performance. This jack-of-all-trades mentality has led Dan to developing a host of consultative services for entrepreneurs and business startups.
