Imagine you've put together solid deal with an above-average payday attached to it. And like a boss, you've slipped away with your family for a little pre-closing R&R in Nowheresville, Montana.
Out of the blue, your phone beeps – a new email just popped in. Still smiling at something one of your kids said, you peek at the message, and your blood runs cold.
It seems your agent needs a document filled out STAT. And it’s got to be signed and returned by the end of the business day today, or the deal you expertly put together for the last three weeks will completely dissolve – along with your expected $30K windfall.
Now imagine two different outcomes to this nightmarish scenario:

In the first, your little vacation comes to a screeching halt as your feverishly search for an Internet café in the middle of Montana so you can (hopefully) print the document, fill it out, sign it, and fax it back to your agent before your hot deal wafts away in a puff of smoke.Not surprisingly, Nowheresville doesn’t have an Internet café, and as your clock ticks over to 5:00, the dawning reality that your done deal is “done gone”.

In the second scenario, you ask your wife to occupy the kids while you handle something that’ll only take a minute. Your practiced fingers tap your phone screen, open the attachment, you fill a few fields on the document, drag and drop your signature into the appropriate field… and return the email to your broker. Bam! Now return to your fun.

Yep, for about the cost of a couple of Starbucks lattes, you could be ready for any situation that pops into your inbox, regardless of where you are (or what you’re doing).
As for any drawbacks, I can only see two at the moment:

This app can be used for reading, signing, annotating, highlighting and even filling out a PDF document. But it can't change existing text already on the original document. Not a major thing, but worth noting.

As of the time I'm writing this, I don't see that they have an Android version available. Android/Tablet users, please chime in and share anything similar in the Android marketplace.
