Alex is a successful wholesaler and rehabber in multiple markets across the country. He also co-hosts a podcast with our own Joe McCall, and spearheads the best, most popular Facebook group for wholesalers. Oh, and we grilled Alex for nearly 90 minutes in on of our recent "Mogul Live" training calls.

Do It To It! Immediate Action Steps

If you want to follow Alex’s lead in this market:

  • Focus largely on marketing to private owners (rather than MLS, REO, auctions, HUD, etc.)
  • Target them with direct mail (postcards, yellow letters, etc.)
  • Drill in on: 1) Areas with plenty of proven investor activity, 2) Houses that have been held for a while (i.e. higher equity)
  • Tailor your marketing message specifically to that market
  • Copy Alex's exact marketing message if you like (see postcards in Power Pack tools)
  • Gather your market data from a Realquest subscription.
