Stop spinning your wheels! Real estate investing can be a tough business, so don’t make it tougher by losing focus. It’s easy to get overloaded with all the information and properties available to us, and when we hit our max limit and can no longer process information, we get stuck. We shut down. We sit on our hands and wait for something to change, because doing anything else in that moment seems overwhelming.

But it doesn’t have to be.

Switch to the Sniper Technique

Instead, try narrowing down your markets of focus. Ask yourself where you want to wholesale properties and why. Once you know the answer, I challenge you to select 25 target properties that you can identify by site address, mailing address and absentee owner name and phone number. I’m talking about high-value, vacant properties that you can find with a simple drive by, online search or by hiring feet on the street.

And that’s what today’s video lesson is all about – showing you just how easy it is to become a real estate investment sniper.

P.S. - I’m also a black belt in close-quarter combat. Maybe that’s why it’s been said, “If Navy SEALS taught real estate investing they would use Todd’s tactical system.” Now that would be an honor.

Remember this, if you promote your real estate investment business to everyone, the result will be chaos! You’ll end up with a marketing campaign that’s all over the place, a brand that’s confusing, and ultimately, a business that confuses people.

So get focused. Know your customer, know your target area, and focus on a select few properties that will generate results.
