Talking with sellers — either on the phone or in person — can often be a daunting task. You may think you don’t have the necessary outgoing personality to fill the bill when it comes to talking and negotiating.

Because of my shaky beginnings, I enjoy helping other newbies to avoid the mistakes that I made.

The better you are with your communication skills, the more effective you will be in your real estate business.
This will hold true whether you are talking with a seller, a buyer or even someone at the title company — any new relationship. Communication skills are crucial.
