With Siri, Alexa, Amazon Echo, and Cortana dominating the market, there seems to be a big trend making voice search the next big thing in tech (if it isn’t already).
A report from Mary Meeker’s Internet Trends conducted in 2016 showed that voice searches have increased by over 35-fold between 2008 to 2016. Location World said that over 40% of adults in 2016 use voice search regularly. Lastly, ComScore predicted that by 2020, more than half of all searches will be voice-based.
Voice search is more than just a rising trend. Sooner or later, it’s going to replace the way people do online searches. And I’m guessing a few people in real estate do searches. People like you and me.
