Welcome Newbie Alex Pardo
Actually, Alex isn’t a newbie investor, just a newbie here at Mogul. He’s a native of Miami and graduated from Florida International University before entering the corporate world with GE Consumer Finance. It did not take him long to realize that working 70+ hours a week for someone else would not fulfill his dream of helping others while at the same time designing the lifestyle he envisioned since he was a child.
Within 1 month of launching his real estate investing business, Alex landed his first deal (a short sale) that lasted 3 months and made him almost as much money as what he was earning in Corporate America. Needless to say he hasn’t looked back…
He currently owns a few businesses and is determined to provide value to other entrepreneurs while maintaining a successful investing career. He has trained with many of the top experts in the world of real estate investing and is dedicated to bringing quality information to real estate professionals across the country.
Alex lives by the philosophy that in a world where most people live paycheck to paycheck and have just enough to live a “comfortable” lifestyle, that having the right mindset and positive attitude, along with goal setting, time management, and strategic leverage are more important than ever to one’s success.

Before you play the video, I want to give you an example of how leads can come from anywhere. You won’t believe how I sold my highest price property ever. It all started with me placing an order for delivery at a restaurant called the Chicken Grill. It went something like this…
Me: Hi, I'd like to order the chicken chop special, beans on the side.
Chicken Grill Order Taker: Ok, would that be all?
Me: Yes that will be all...
CGOT: What is your address?
Me: My address is...
CGOT: Okay, your total is $11.04. The driver will be there in 20-30 minutes (my stomach growls).
Me: Ok thanks, bye.
(17 minutes later...knock knock...I open)
Chicken Grill Delivery Driver: (As he looks at my "Cash For Houses" T-Shirt, gym shorts, and flip flops… What exactly do you do for a living?
Me: I'm a real estate marketer, and I help investors earn a higher return on their money through real estate.
CGDD: Really? I've been buying and selling houses for over 5 years.
We talked for another 5-10 minutes as my food got cold, but that's okay because my food cost $11 bucks, and taking the time to talk to the driver ended-up making me a $13,000 Assignment Fee…
