Dissecting the Journey: Creating a Fix & Flip Machine

Steve’s areas of expertise include rehabbing, wholesaling houses and land and coaching others to become successful.

Steve has earned the reputation of being a down-to-earth, regular guy who does good deals that make sense. By intention and by design, he’s created his businesses to serve his life instead of the other way around.

Recently—just in time for hurricane season—Steve moved from Maryland to southern Florida where he continues to work virtually in the Maryland area.
