Today we're chatting with “Mr. Wholesaling Lease Options” himself, Joe McCall.

Joe’s actually got his hands in a number of different types of deals, ranging from traditional wholesaling, to wholesaling lease options, to even wholesaling leases (an incredible little niche, but a whole different lesson topic).

Do It To It! Immediate Action Steps
  • Become a student of marketing. Remember, you are not in the real estate business, you are in the marketing business. Leads are the lifeblood of your business.
  • Follow Joe’s lead. Start testing postcards to absentee owners, purchased between ‘05-’10
  • Follow Joe’s lead again. tart testing marketing via Craigslist ads, text messages, voice messages, emails, Facebook ads and even dating websites.
  • Consider outsourcing. Look into hiring a $3-4/hr VA to do all the heavy lifting, so you only deal with the most qualified leads
